About the role

As a Software Engineer at Alloy, you'll build the core product used by thousands of professional product teams to prototype and ship their ideas.

This is a high ownership role in one of the fastest-evolving problem spaces in the history of software. You'll need to own problems end-to-end: understanding the user pain, shaping the solution, implenting it across the stack, and shipping it.

You'll work closely with the team, but you'll also be expected to have strong opinions, move fast, and sweat the details that make the product feel special.

Location

We work in-person in Sydney from our Surry Hills office, and are all passionate about the energy and learning that comes from working together as an early stage team in the same space. You're welcome to work from home every few weeks when needed.

What you'll do

• Ship customer-facing product features end-to-end, from concept through to deployment.
• Move comfortably between system design, infrastructure, product decisions, and implementation details.
• Shape the engineering architecture and tech stack.
• Contribute to discussions on the product strategy and roadmap.
