Enterprise setup
In companies with strict network policies, you may need to ask your network admin or security team to enable Alloy internally before you can use the extension.
Steps vary in each company, but often include:
- Approving the Alloy extension in the Chrome Web Store
- Allowlisting
*.alloy.appin your antivirus, firewall, or proxy settings - Adding Alloy to your approved applications list
Until these steps are in place, you may encounter a "Capture failed" page when attempting to capture your product.
The best way to start this process is to share this page with your network admin or security team, along with a link to our Security & Data Protection Portal. This portal covers all the steps we have taken to ensure Alloy is secure and compliant with your organization's policies, as well as how to get in touch with our security team.
If you are waiting for approval, you can still try Alloy by capturing a public link.
