How it works
Click "Generate Prototype" from any Intercom conversation to transform customer feedback into an interactive demo. The AI analyzes the entire conversation thread, including customer messages, agent responses, and attached screenshots to create an accurate prototype of the requested solution.
Share prototypes directly in Intercom conversations using the Alloy messenger app. Customers can interact with the prototype without leaving the support chat, providing immediate feedback on whether the solution meets their needs. This rapid validation helps ensure you're building the right features.
Track prototype engagement and feedback within Intercom. See which customers interacted with prototypes, what feedback they provided, and which solutions resonated most. Use this data to prioritize development efforts based on validated customer interest.
Configure
An Alloy admin can enable this integration in Settings → Integrations. Authenticate with your Intercom account and select which workspaces to connect.
Configure automatic prototype generation triggers based on conversation tags like "feature-request" or "enhancement". Set up rules to generate prototypes when certain customer segments submit feedback, ensuring high-value customers see rapid response to their requests.
Customize prototype sharing settings to control how demos appear in conversations. Enable automatic follow-up messages when prototypes are ready, and configure feedback collection to capture customer reactions systematically.
