Raycast

Overview

Get quick access to create prototypes and view recently created prototypes directly from Raycast. The integration brings Alloy's AI prototyping to your fingertips with customizable hotkeys, allowing you to generate prototypes from anywhere on your Mac without switching contexts.

Raycast's command palette provides instant access to your prototype library. Search through recent prototypes, quickly copy sharing links, and jump directly to prototype editors. Map your most common prototype actions to hotkeys for lightning-fast workflow integration.

How it works

Launch Alloy commands from Raycast's command palette (Cmd+Space by default). Type "prototype" to see all available Alloy actions:

  • Create Prototype: Generate a new prototype from clipboard content or typed description
  • View Recent Prototypes: Browse and search your recently created prototypes
  • Quick Share: Copy prototype links for instant sharing
  • Open in Alloy: Jump directly to the prototype editor

Map Alloy commands to custom hotkeys for instant access. Assign keyboard shortcuts like:

  • Cmd+Shift+P: Create prototype from clipboard
  • Cmd+Shift+R: View recent prototypes
  • Cmd+Shift+A: Open Alloy dashboard

Use Raycast's snippets to quickly insert prototype links in any application. Create text expansions that automatically insert prototype URLs, embed codes, or sharing links. Perfect for quickly adding prototypes to emails, documents, or chat messages.

The extension syncs with your Alloy workspace, providing real-time access to your prototype library. Filter by project, search by name, or sort by creation date to quickly find the prototype you need. All without leaving your current workflow.
