How it works
Click "Generate Prototype" from any ServiceNow incident or request to transform service requirements into an interactive demo. The AI analyzes the ticket details, affected configuration items, and related records to create an accurate prototype of the proposed solution.
Share prototypes directly in the ServiceNow portal using the Alloy application. Requesters and approvers can interact with the prototype without leaving ServiceNow, providing immediate feedback on whether the solution meets requirements. This rapid validation helps ensure service changes deliver expected value.
Track prototype engagement through ServiceNow workflows. See which stakeholders reviewed prototypes, what feedback they provided, and how solutions progressed through approval chains. Use this data to improve service delivery and reduce implementation risks.
Configure
An Alloy admin can enable this integration in Settings → Integrations. Authenticate with your ServiceNow instance and select which tables and applications to connect.
Configure automatic prototype generation based on incident categories, request types, or specific catalog items. Set up rules to generate prototypes for high-priority incidents or changes affecting critical services, ensuring rapid response to important requests.
Customize prototype workflows to align with your change advisory board (CAB) processes. Enable automatic prototype generation for change requests, and configure approval flows to include prototype review as a standard step.
Note: The integration supports ServiceNow's full platform API, including custom tables, business rules, workflows, and Service Portal widgets.
