How it works
Click "Generate Prototype" from any Help Scout conversation to transform customer feedback into an interactive demo. The AI analyzes the entire email thread, including customer messages, team notes, and attached screenshots to create an accurate prototype of the requested solution.
Share prototypes directly in conversation replies using the Alloy app for Help Scout. Customers receive a beautifully formatted email with a link to interact with the prototype, providing immediate feedback on whether the solution meets their needs. This personal touch helps build stronger customer relationships while validating product ideas.
Track prototype engagement through Help Scout's reporting. See satisfaction ratings for conversations that included prototypes, measure response times, and identify which solutions had the highest customer approval. Use Help Scout Docs to create self-service prototype galleries for common requests.
Configure
An Alloy admin can enable this integration in Settings → Integrations. Authenticate with your Help Scout account and select which mailboxes to connect.
Configure automatic prototype generation based on conversation tags, custom fields, or specific workflows. Set up rules to generate prototypes when VIP customers submit feedback, ensuring your most valuable users see immediate response to their requests.
