Billing and plans
Alloy offers subscription plans for accessing its prototyping features. Free plans limit the number of prototypes and prompting credits, while paid plans provide unlimited prototypes and credits. Plans are monthly subscriptions charged based on the number of workspace members.
What are plans?
Alloy offers different subscription plans for accessing and using Alloy prototyping features. Free plans limit the number of prototypes and credits a user can spend prompting Alloy. Paid plans offer unlimited prototypes and unlimited credits for interacting with Alloy.
Alloy plans are monthly subscriptions charged based on the number of members in a workspace. Enterprise customers can negotiate pricing by contacting our sales team.
Upgrade a plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time by selecting the Upgrade button in the top navigation bar. To upgrade from a Pro plan to an Enterprise plan, contact our sales team.
Manage your subscription
Alloy uses Stripe to handle billing and invoicing. Log into Stripe's customer portal to view, change or cancel your current plan, update your payment method or view invoices from your billing history.
Note: To manage your subscription, you must have access to the email address set as your billing email in Alloy.
To manage your subscription:
- Select the workspace name from the top navigation bar.
- Select Settings. The settings modal displays.
- Under Workspace, select Billing.
- Under Manage subscription, select Manage in Stripe. A new tab opens.
- Enter your workspace's billing email address. Stripe sends an email with a link to log in.
- Follow the link from the email to log in. The Stripe customer portal opens.
From the customer portal, you can:
- View, change, or cancel your current plan in the Current plan section.
- Update your Payment method.
- View past invoices in the Billing history section.
If you cancel your plan, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. You can find this date in the Stripe customer portal under Current plan. Look for a line that reads "Your plan renews on [renewal date]."
