Overview

Transform feature requests in customer tickets from Intercom into AI prototypes instantly. When customers describe feature requests or report issues in Intercom, generate interactive prototypes that show proposed solutions. Share these prototypes back with customers for validation, turning support interactions into product development opportunities.

The integration analyzes conversation history, as well as the ticket title and description to generate an accurate prototype.

How it works

Click "Create a new prototype" from any Intercom ticket to transform customer feature requests/feedback into an interactive demo. The AI analyzes the entire conversation thread, including customer messages, agent responses, and the ticket title and description, to create an accurate prototype of the requested solution.

Once created, you can view it in your Alloy dashboard via the "Open prototype" button, or delete the existing one using "Unlink prototype".

Configure

An Alloy admin can enable this integration in Settings → Integrations. Authenticate with your Intercom account and select which workspace to connect. When viewing an item in your inbox, click Edit apps on the right Details sidebar and pin Alloy so it's easily accessible in the sidebar.
