Send prototype links through Freshdesk responses, embed them in Freshservice solutions articles, or share via Freshchat for immediate customer feedback. Configure

An Alloy admin can enable this integration in Settings → Integrations. Authenticate with your Freshworks account and select which products and workspaces to connect.

Configure automatic prototype generation based on ticket properties, SLA levels, or Freddy AI predictions. Set up rules to generate prototypes for specific customer segments, product areas, or when tickets match certain criteria across any Freshworks product.

Customize prototype workflows to align with your Freshworks setup. Enable automatic prototype creation for high-priority tickets, configure approval processes for customer-facing prototypes, and set up custom apps to display prototypes within the Freshworks interface.
